Residential Conveyancing

omagh conveyancing solicitors
At MJ McIvor Solicitors we understand that buying or selling a residential property is a big decision and a significant matter for most people.

We deal with the sale, purchase and remortgages of residential properties.

We understand the need for these transactions to be conducted as quickly and efficiently as possible. In light of that we have invested in a state of the art conveyancing case management system which allows us to process transactions in a highly efficient, and therefore faster, manner. We are registered with the Land Registry online Landweb system which allows us to download documents of title instantly and to lodge our Land Registry applications online. We have a robust system of quality control which provides that all matters are raised and dealt with in a timely manner. We pride ourselves in our attention to detail and leave no stone unturned for our clients.

We also deal with voluntary transfers of land and site transfers to include ensuring that the site has the appropriate rights of ways granted for the usual services including electricity, water and septic tank apparatus.

We provide advice to elderly clients who are property owners in relation to potential liability for care home fees now and in the future.

We are highly experienced in dealing with all the routine, and non-routine issues, that arise in property transactions and more importantly we know how to deal with such issues in the most practical and cost effective manner.

We can usually carry out work on the basis of a fixed fee which provides you with peace of mind in relation to your budget.

Our clients include first home buyers, property developers, estate agents, banks, mortgage brokers and surveyors. Our conveyancing services are offered at competitive fixed rates, so just ask us for a quote.
